A wine packed full of personality.

We purposely crop our Pinot Gris grapes low in the vineyard. Meaning the grapes are intense with flavour when it comes to harvest time. This intensity shows through the wine as a beautiful mix of Pear, Honey and Spice.

Needless to say, we are very proud of this wine.
