Aberfeldy 16 is matured in Bourbon casks and then finished for six months in Oloroso Sherry casks. With hoards of honey fruitcake & dark chocolate, this expression has a rich, mouth-coating finish.

In comparison to the 12YO, Aberfeldy 16 is a richer, more full-bodied whisky. The extra time spent maturing, coupled with Oloroso Sherry casks, brings the honeyed fruitiness of Aberfeldy to the fore.
