WINEMAKER NOTES

Located in, in Burgundy, the Domaine Sbastien Magnien covers 12 hectares in 9 appellations and is managed in sustainable, organic agriculture. Owner/Winemaker Sebastien Magnien is one of the region's youngest winemakers, and a rising star in this historic wine region.

A fresh and decidedly earthy nose is comprised by notes of mostly red berries and a whiff of the sauvage. There is both a lovely sense of underlying tension and fine detail to the delicious middleweight flavors that culminate in a youthfully austere yet elegant finish. We suggest a 45min-1hr decant if drinking now or cellar for a few years.
