Superb, brilliant, pale pinkish colour. We continue on a very beautiful aromatic expression with delicate notes of red fruits, complex bouquet of raspberry, white fruits, and white flowers. In the mouth the terroir is revealed, impression of freshness and balance, a beautiful length and a mineral finish, dynamic and characterful. Perfect on its own, or pair with grilled prawn salad, salmon with citrus glaze, or a Mediterranean veggie platter.
