Commercial description

Always the perfectionist, our winemaker was cautious about making a Rose. After much contemplation he selected a handful of rows of a Pinot Noir clone that he thought would make a great Rose.

The wine is a dark salmon pink. With delicate aromas of strawberry and watermelon. It is fresh and crisp, but with the weight and texture you would expect from a Rose made with 100% Martinborough Pinot Noir. This is not an afternoon guzzler, but a serious Rose, perfect for Summer drinking, ideally with food.
