Comprised of fruit from both the Wairau and Awatere Valleys. The Wairau Valley contributes vibrant aromatics and a flurry of tropical fruit characters. The Awatere Valley adds a crisp acidity and distinct minerality. The resulting wine is a textbook Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of freshly cut grass and gooseberry are met with a pallet of fresh lemon, grapefruit and a full dose of passionfruit on the finish. Enjoy nicely chilled.
