Our grapes are 100% hand-picked and our Champagne is aged for 36 months before release for the full character to develop. Yellow gold with bready aromas, hints of peach and a mellow complexity to the scent. Rounded yet with an effervescent brightness, white flowers, delicate lemonade fruit, touches of peach and lemon bread. Beautifully fine in its flow with a pleasing touch of salinity adding to its allure.
