This Mediterranean style Rose is savoury with fresh sea breeze aromas of Himalayan salt, cranberry and Honeydew melon flavours. The wine is perfectly poised with grainy tension, delivering a briny fresh, vibrant and dry finish.

A prolonged Indian summer with cool nights, typical of Marlborough, led to expressive wines with great natural acidity. The season produced pristine fruit with beautifully ripe flavours. Treated as a white wine in the winery this Rose was pressed off skins early, fermented cold and then aged for 10 weeks in stainless steel and concrete egg tanks to accentuate complexity and minerality.
